3rdEye Radio was started by William Irvin Martin Jr. to

1.  promote independent music
2. provide a platform for public service announcements (i.e, listing community events, artists' calendar of events etc.)
3. Provide an marketing/advertising benefit to our local art communities and the businesses owned by the clients and associates of 3rdEyeRadio.com
4.  3rdEyeRadio represents the multimedia production wing of Martin & Edwards Enterprises Inc. and as such it exists under the M&E umbrella amongst other M&E enterprises.
